The only person I ever saw smile in that hotel was the housekeeping lady and 3 out 5 nights I had to call the front desk because something wasn't working in my room. Not the grand lady anymore.
Don't take any of the lower floors. Can't sleep with the noise from outside. I heard that top floors are remodeled. 5th floor rooms are old. Fries reported of bad smell in rooms.
Don't expect the concierge to help you find a place to eat. He gave bad directions and was UPSET I had to come back for more info. Bathrooms are very outdated and gross. There are better options.
Horrible customer service. Tiny rooms. Disgusting washrooms. Old and smelly. I'd never stay here again. This is an awful property. Shame on them for claiming to be a 4 star.
