Amazing experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Forget the bad reviews, it's a great place for the price. You should try Lers Ros (thai place on Larkin), you will love it. $9 Lunch

Not as bad as I expected and from some of the past reviews. Clean, the heat is pumping so I guess they've made renovations. Love the baby Grand piano in the lobby and it has this Victorian feel.

Nice quaint rooms. Reasonable price, very clean. What more you want at this price! Would recommend and stay again.

The rooms are pretty nice. Some of the staff can be pretty rude, but don't let it ruin your stay. Plenty of restaurants to choose from nearby. Internet connection is equivalent to dial up though.

A very rustic hotel. If you're looking for a different experience than the everyday Hilton or Comfort Inn, come here.

Definitely not as bad as it was made out to be. Clean, comfortable bed, totally acceptable for an over-nighter.

Low sink water pressure, barely working heater. Reminds me of a motel. The one saving grace is that it’s clean. Otherwise stay somewhere else.

It's an ok place to stay, pretty much like being in the getto but there's a few bus stops near the hotel. And up the sidewalk try Mel's Drive-In.

Not bad! HUGE walk-in closet. Clean, and only 5-6 blocks from union square. Surrounding area isn't horrible, but is a little run down.

It's ok but don't go if your here for a long stay, it's cheap but for a reason, booking the shuttle to the airport oh sir there's a charge for that!!!

Fuck this place! Dont park in front it. Car was parked and in a matter of 15mins all 4 car windows busted & nothing taken. Ghetto as fuck!

Dont stay at this place they are rude as hell and wont work with you for zip, on top of thats they charge 21 bucks a night for yoyr car not worth it at all!

Avoid this place. Rooms are cold at night even in summer and smell terribly. Not even speaking about the ghetto location

El mejor calificativo de este hotel es "cutre". Huele raro, por no decir mal, las sábanas parecen limpias (pero hay poca luz y mejor no investigar más), la ducha más que rústica, e internet a pedales.
