- Jenn MicheleJuly 28, 2019Excellent customer service. I was on the second floor so the kitchen was a bit noisy but the bed was comfortable and I loved the bathtub. Great for working and resting. Nice social hour too.

- Minibar prices got you down? There’s a Walgreens across the street with cheap snacks.
- My reservation was canceled by the hotel without any notification,or even an apology. No kettle coffee's supplies in the room. Any thing else is just fine.
- Fabiola MuniveDecember 5, 2018Hotel encantador y súper céntrico, a dos cuadras del Union Square. El restaurante ofrece pocas opciones pero muy ricas.
