    Awful. On checkout I was told that I have no extra charges. But 4 days later some "BJ WHOLESALE #0180 NORFOLK" was trying to charge about $850 so I had to block my credit card I used to check in.

    Customer service needs improvement. Unacceptable that it's hard to reach front desk/housekeeping from guest room.

    watch out the elevators are a mess! broken down, take forever, and doors will close on you within MOMENTS of the elevator arriving...right when your walking in..

    Go to Gordon Ramsay's restaurant and pray to whoever, that the short rib appetizer is on the menu - don't think twice about ordering it!

    This hotel is horrible! Someone from hotel staff urinated on our bags in our room! Wow! 5 star hotel!

    Doesnt mind a walk of shame at 6 am..plus short ribs are fucking amazing.

    Suites are tiny. Catering staff forgot to bring food for my friends party. No means to make tea/coffee. Stay elsewhere, better at Parker Meridian.

    Always get a name. Staff members have a habit of making assurances and not following through. Managers are unapologetic even if hotel staff members make a mistake. Better yet, AVOID this hotel.

    Отель говно! На вторые сутки бухалова нам отказались наливать, аргументируя тем, что на их взгляд нам уже достаточно! Ахуеть! Не хочу тут жить больше! Не надо тут бухать!Недолив детектед!
