МихаилJanuary 20, 2015Awful. On checkout I was told that I have no extra charges. But 4 days later some "BJ WHOLESALE #0180 NORFOLK" was trying to charge about $850 so I had to block my credit card I used to check in.

Pauline OresMarch 26, 2013Suites are tiny. Catering staff forgot to bring food for my friends party. No means to make tea/coffee. Stay elsewhere, better at Parker Meridian.
Always get a name. Staff members have a habit of making assurances and not following through. Managers are unapologetic even if hotel staff members make a mistake. Better yet, AVOID this hotel.
