Mixed Beer Drinks
Black Velvet
6.92
This is actually a “poor man’s” black velvet. The genuine article is made with champagne and not cider as with this rendition. It is comprised of equal parts guinness and cider with the guinness floating on top.
Half ‘N’ Half
6.92
The stark contrast of dark guinness and blonde lager makes this a real eye catcher.
Shandy
6.92
A very refreshing mix of 2/3 lager and 1/3 lemonade. This is the perfect way to quench your thirst, ensuring that you can enjoy your first pint having to gulp it back.
Guinness and Black
6.92
Our perfect pint of guinness with an ounce of “ribena” black current cordial.
Black ‘N’ Blue
6.92
Equal parts guinness and blue buck ale with the guinness layered on top. a drink that has had image problems in parts of Ireland due to its name association. regardless, it is a very popular, classic beer ‘cocktail’. the original uses bass but we put a ‘local’ touch on ours.
Snakebite
6.92
This is a lethal mix of 3/4 lager and 1/4 cider. it was allegedly temporarily banned in the United Kingdom.
Lager and Lime
6.92
A cold pint of lager with an ounce of “roses” lime cordial.

Mixed drinks
Irish Coffee
8.00
(Jameson Irish whiskey, hot coffee, heavy cream) chef Joseph Sheridan of foynes, county limerick first served this now infamous drink to shivering, sea-soaked American travelers on a bitter winters evening in the late 1940’s. it quickly spread to north America where the Buena vista café in san francisco has been serving it since 1952 and it’s popularity has never cooled off.
Bourbon Sour
12.00
(Buffalo trace bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, egg white) the whiskey sour is probably the most popular of all the sour drinks and rightfully so, we take ours with bourbon and we’re sure you’ll see why.
Godfather
12.00
(Alberta premium rye, disarrono amaretto) one could make the connection between the godfather movies and this drink but they’d be wrong.
Manhattan
12.00
(Alberta premium rye, sweet vermouth, angostura bitters) one of the finest and oldest cocktails. there have been countless variations and modifications through the years we like the original.
Lynchburg Lemonade
12.00
(Jack Daniels whiskey, triple sec, simple syrup, lemon juice, soda) Lynchburg lemonade is named after Lynchburg, tennessee, the hometown of the jack daniel’s distillery. what more really needs to be said?
Old Fashioned
12.00
(Buffalo trace bourbon, sugar, angostura bitters) the old-fashioned is a classic whiskey cocktail that has been served since around 1880 at the pendennis club in Louisville, kentucky and is (disputably) the first drink referred to as a cocktail.
Sidecar
12.00
(Woodford reserve bourbon, cointreau, fee brothers orange bitters) the sidecar was created in paris during WWI and was generally made with cognac or armagnac. lately though, it is more commonly being made with bourbon and we do like our bourbon c’est oui?
Sazerac
12.00
(Alberta premium rye, hill’s absinthe, simple syrup, peychaud’s bitters) it all began for the sazerac cocktail in the early 1800’s when antoine amedee peychaud mixed cognac with his peychaud bitters. in 1859 the drink was the signature drink of the sazerac coffee house in new orleans, where it received its name. the exact reason for the substitution of rye whiskey for the cognac is unclear and who are we to complain.
Robert Burns
12.00
(Johnnie walker red, hill’s absinthe, sweet vermouth, fee brothers orange bitters) the robert burns (or bobby/bobbie burns) is one of those classic cocktails from the golden age of adult beverages. most people would associate the drink with robert burns, the famed Scottish poet of the 1700’s, but according to the old waldorf-astoria bar book it may have been named after a cigar salesman who was a regular at the bar. we sense a discussion in the making.
Michael Collins
12.00
(Jameson’s Irish whiskey, lemon juice, simple syrup, soda) brother drink to the tom collins, this cocktail is made with Irish whiskey as opposed to gin. a drink dedicated to the memory this controversial Irish figure hero, traitor or terrorist, depending on your view point.
