One of the most impressive local pubs. It's worth it just to see the random decoration. They have live music, good beers and it's also cheap! 10/10

Lovely spot to sit out in the sun against the plant-lined backdrop for a Sunday roast (v options), or waiting for the crowd to die down at *Sunday* across the street

Proper grub, none of this gastro bar nonsense. All manner of bizarre antiques & oddities hanging from the ceiling and walls, real fire in the winter, TV for the sport, & satisfyingly aloof bar staff.

Easily the best pub in the area. Worth a regular trip for the strange but fun folk bands that make occasional appearances.
