Please please PLEASE try not to bathe in perfume before coming to the gym. Breathing is an important part of working out, and a lungful of Fantasy by Britney Spears is sick-making. Save it for later.
The BodyPump classes are one of the best strength workouts I've done. Great for beginners and athletes.
ANY of the Body Step classes will challenge you physically, and they're a blast!
Check out the OptumHealth Performance lab on the 6th floor.
Wipe your damn sweat off the bench when you are done and put your weights back you lazy ass!
It is rude to stare at someone or stand over them while waiting for a machine, there are other machines to use while you wait.

- Don't bark while you run or lift weights. It's annoying.
Free street parking before 8am. Fun morning instructors. However where else can we get free parking for evening classes??
