What a great museum! Admission isn't cheap but is worth it for special exhibits like the Warhol. Cafe has excellent wine and gazpacho, and the gardens are cute. Don't forget to make a wish at the tree
Great body of work. Be sure to follow the audio guide numbers as best you can since it is linear, and be sure to spend as much time as you can at the museum. Take advantage of tours too!
Breath taking and awe inspiring museum. The collection of Dali works is impressive. Take your time through the gallery and be sure to talk to the docents. They are full of knowledge.
Amazing collection and very knowledgeable (and entertaining) docents will give you the scoop. Grab the audio tour as well for more detail on individual paintings. Hurry in for the Picasso comparisons
Absolute must do when visiting the area. Great permanent collection from one of the most prolific artists of the modern era. The free tours are pretty entertaining. save time for the garden
Nice body of work from Dali’s life. The Magritte co-exhibit was fun and the immersive aspects were very unique for a museum. The cafe is also fast and delicious!!
A significant collection of works by Salvador Dali--the best outside of Spain. Free audio guide. See paintings you've studied in school or seen in books! Nice small garden with hedge maze.
The audio guides are great to listen about the pieces of art. You will learn a lot. The little cafe is nice and USF students get free parking and free admission. Make sure to go into tge garden.
Absolutely loved this place. Great architecture and art. One of the must visit places in St. Pete. Do the guided tour if possible. So informative. Pricey admission but worth it.
Superb! Do yourself a favor and experience Dalí while you're in St. Petersburg. You're going to need a solid 3 hours to get a good feel for the his work exhibited here. Great collection!
I really great place that also hold pretty cool events too. Thursday's are the days to go. After 5pm it's only $10 per person. Also watch out for special showings they have. Currently Dali and Disney.
Take the free guided tour and then do the free self-guided tour. Learned so much you would never get on your own. The museum is beautiful and the tour guide was incredible. Worth every penny.
Love love love love this place. They have some of his masterworks on display that you can stare at for hours and still find something new. A must see if you are in St. Pete.
Beautiful! I love the art on the inside and the creative outside! I've been here many times, and it never lets down. Food variety could be wider...but overall, fun trip for an Florida vacation!
Great little museum. Take a free tour (or two- different perspectives from different docents) and then wander around for a few hours. You can spend 3 hours here.
A really cool museum dedicated to the art of Dali that's in a place you wouldn't expect. Really lovely architecture too. Don't miss this if you're in the area.
Have a surreal experience exploring the artwork and life of Salvador Dali! In addition to artwork permanently on display, exhibits rotate throughout the year. Make sure to stop by the Avant-garden!
My favorite place to go when I visit family in the area. Don't miss out on the tour, they have so many stories behind some pieces you would never know.
Gorgeous new building that truly suits the surrealist masterpieces...much better than the old building. A definite must-see for anyone in the Tampa Bay area.
The Dali Museum is a MUST SEE while here in St. Pete! They created a world-class building worthy of Dali's incredible masterpieces! Oh and thank Amy for all of her hard work getting it built!
The architecture of the museum is as surreal as the work of Salvador Dali. I high recommend going on the tour to gain further insight into the mind of one of the greatest geniuses of all time.
Don't miss a chance to visit the largest private collection of Dali artwork in the world! It's absolutely free for USF students! Grab an audio guide or enjoy the docent led tours (every hour).
Easily my favorite art museum that I've had the pleasure of visiting. Although to be fair, Dalí is one of my favorite artists, so I am a little biased.
Take the free tour with the guide & then go back & take the free self-guided tour. Even art newbies will fall in love with his work. Can't wait to go back again.
Fascinating to hear about Dali and see his paintings. His works are amazingly complex. The tours are free & very worthwhile. There was an exhibit on Picasso as well today. Wonderful!!
At gala contemplating the Mediterranean Sea which at twenty meters becomes the portrait of Abraham Lincoln. Turn around and use your sunglasses to reflect the painting and you'll see the amazingness.
While the remarkable Salvador Dali Museum hosts one of the largest collections by the subversive Spanish master, from oil paintings and watercolors to photographs and objects d’art.
Visit the Dalí Museum, home to the world's most comprehensive collection of works by the late Spanish surrealist. Check in with a photo of the labyrinth and tag #WhereSummerRocks.
This museum houses the world's most comprehensive collection of the renowned Spanish artist's work, with a permanent collection of 96 oil paintings spanning the years from 1917 to 1970.

Dali's paintings alone should entice you to visit, but the building's architecture & the outdoor "Avant-Garden" are great activities, too-- don't miss out on them! www.brinkmagonline.com

Think the dripping clocks are good? Wait till you see ‘Hallucinogenic Toreador’ in person. It’s brilliant and unnervingly surreal. For more local tips, follow us on 4sq or check out www.renhotels.com
