Cafe is nice, and reasonably priced for the area being a exhibition centre. Outside this time of year can be a little grey and run down. Better in the summer.
Get off the DLR at Royal Victoria and walk towards the waterfront. Nice and interesting setup inside. Don't bother with cafe/restaurant if you are really hungry.
More like walking through a Siemens advert than a science museum. A few interesting exhibits & fun games with the Tesla coil but disappointing overall. £8 entry is way too expensive for what's there.
Visited on a saturday lunchtime and the service in the cafe was terrible. Lots of waiting waiting and waiting while the kitchen staff seemed to be enjoying a chat. Wouldn't recommend the cafe at all.
