Shiatsu massage, sometimes called zen shiatsu, unifies spiritual, philosophical, & medical aspects of the body. Chi brings fresh, strong energy & carries away spent energy along w/ toxins. Blocked or diverted chi must be cleared & restored. Nicole will make her diagnosis by first assessing where chi flows healthily & where it may be obstructed, & then do light massaging to feel which pressure points are stiff or tender, similar to a'normal' massage. Shiatsu will involve deep breathing, rotating & stretching your joints, as well as manipulating pressure points.
