Stayed here over weekend family trip/work trip. Suites are well sized for price and have good amenities, exception is no restaurant/coffee shop. Note there is a small grocer next door for supplies.

Nice units with all needed comfort for an enjoyable stay in a convenient location. (15 minutes walk from Parliament Hill, 20 from uOttawa and 25 to By Ward Market)

Had a great stay here. The hotel succeeds by having a sophisticated look at a reasonable price, while making sure to provide a experience that allows you to bring the comforts of home when you travel.

Great hotel for long-term stays. Rooms are nicely done, and fairly large. Very comfortable.

Huge suites with two bathrooms! Clean. Can update the decor but we are good with it. Close to the Hill.

Although the hallways made me think "red rum" the room was fantastic. The front desk staff was friendly and professional.

Very helpful staff and the rooms are enormous. Basically a full suite. Good bang for your buck.

It's probably cheaper to do your laundry elsewhere but you can use the top floor's utilities. However, make sure you buy your own detergent to save money. The hotel's detergent prices are steep!

Excellent hotel for the price. Gorgeous! Staff is helpful and friendly and treated us to a free upgrade when we arrived!

Stools for kids under the sink. Also make sure you check out the rooftop patio!

Best to avoid staying here as their accomodations for our larger group was unsuited.Not only was there not enough space, but the staff were discourteous and rude.Your best bet's not to stay at
