Beginner-intermediate. The class is theatrical, fun, & soul opening. Each week a different theme. You' re not going to want to miss this class. Pole dancing & chair dancing plus themed dancing.

Bring a yoga mat or blanket. Have you always wanted to know what happens during a lap-dance? Instructional only! Come alone we have blow-up dolls. This class is a fun way to gain a sleek look. Using a chair, we will focus on strength training your legs & core. Learn something sexy & seductive for someone you love that will improve your overall self-esteem. The art of chair dance is similar to the art of lap-dance. The difference is the art of chair dance is a chair show! This class is Monday & Thursday night.

Beginner-intermediate. Our intro to pole dancing is recommended for students from other studios or first timers to pole dancing. Intro to Pole 101 teaches correct form for pole dancing. Unlike other pole studios we spend little time dancing. Instead you will learn pole tricks! People move to pole 101 when they are ready. Intro to pole 101 was created to keep new people together so more experienced students are not held back. This class enables students to join Tangent's at any time instead of waiting for the next class to start. The new summer session starts now. Only VIP members can register. We will have special VIP members only classes but we still offer walk ins.

Advanced. Follow Rachele through 20 years of creative pole work. The art of pole allows intermediate students to reach their full potential. Advanced inversions, combinations, mounts, & graceful transitions will be taught. Complex Spins & flare will spice things up add to the fun! There is always more to learn, practice, & improve upon. In The art of pole, the sky is the limit! We can assist you in learning any move you wish to learn, but remember it takes time & practice! Prerequisites Intro to pole 101 & pole 101.
