However, in this massage, after our certified massage therapist discuss your massage goals with you, we will select whichever modality or mix of styles is appropriate for whatever your body needs. Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension slowly in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Some of the goals of deep tissue work are to alleviate pain, bring better flexibility and more fluid movement, and to relax and release tight holding patterns. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Open communication with your therapist during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get uncomfortable.

Maintenance Sports Massage is a type of massage designed for anyone who engages in any form of exercise or who just wants to stay more supple. Sports Therapy Massage can enhance performance and possibly prolong a sports career by helping to prevent injury, reduce pain and swelling in the body, relax the mind, increase flexibility, and improve recovery rates. Like all of our services this massage is tailored to each client's needs, but can involve a mix of deep tissue work, stretching, myofascial work, and Swedish techniques.

Stone Therapy is a style of massage where heated basalt stones are used in the therapist's hands during the massage to promote a deep relaxation. Muscles that are heated with stones during massage can often soften and loosen up a bit quicker. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating.

Enjoy a wonderful 2 hour massage, custom made to suit your needs. 90 minutes of any of our massage modalities with an extra 30 minutes added on for a more in depth foot treatment and/or scalp work. Its up to you. One of our most relaxing and rejuvenating massage treatments.

Take care of your tired, overworked feet with our special 30 minute foot treatment. We start with hot towels and a soothing foot scrub using Pure Fiji coconut milk and honey sugar scrub. We follow the scrub with more hot towels and an in depth foot massage using Pure Fiji body butter. 30 minutes of bliss. Your feet will thank you.
