The Seafood Basics course is great value for money. You are taught how to prep & cook 4 seafoods and then enjoy your own cooking after with a bottle of wine. Don’t forget to bring boxes for takeaway.

The Thai course (Julie Ray) was awesome. Starts with a guided trip around Asian grocers, then a demonstration, then it's your turn to cook & finish up eating the meal you made with your team (+wine!).
