OMG! a friend of mine took me here to try out the TRX class. Wow, hard but good. The teacher was very supportive and the class was a mixture of men and women, which I liked. check it out.

TRX Class anyone? Wow that kicked my butt. hard but good.Check it out very cool place I want to try the Spx Pilates and will definitely go back to take TRX again.
