Kristen McDanielSeptember 20, 2012The 90 minute Bikram Yoga sessions in a 105 degree sweat room is intense, but good. You can stretch & bend more in the heat & the instructors are informative. The parking is horrible though.
Sweat it out, drink cool delicious coconut water after. Bliss.
