Alexandre MunhozApril 17, 2021Less traditional than I am used to, yet very original and well executed. Gyoza and pork belly bao are the high points. Sushis and nigiris are very tasty. Takoyaki not so much.. rubbery octopus.
Bryan ButlerDecember 28, 2018Fusion is the right word as there are items most would not be aware of, like spam. You won't normally find calamari at a sushi restaurant and this was very good.
