I think the seating here is much more comfortable than Royal! At least I'm not sitting in a desk chair to watch a movie.

The seats were sticky before we set down. Food came out fast and was cold. Rather go to the royal lane location or AMC Mesquite

This specific location has the worst customers. People kick the back of your chair, scream and talk through the whole movie also tried to fight each other. Other than that everything else is okay.

Not the typical seating arrangement. Just a converted standard theatre with individual tables connected to each chair, like in school. Seats uncomfortable. Go to the Royal Ln. Location instead.

Like the lobby, but the seats were uncomfortable and tables have design flaw. Also, food order never came out right. Like Plano location better.

No refills on popcorn, large isn’t that big, burnt stuff in the popcorn, took over 30 minutes to get my drink...a water. Will not be coming back.

Worst service ever. Went to a Tuesday afternoon movie, we were the only 2 people in the theater literally and the kid still messed up our order. Double charging for items. Will never come back.

If you're using a groupon, it appears that they limit which seats you get so of course you get the worst seats.
