We offer a beginner, technique, & power class of yoga that can be used to stretch & relax you after a long day at work or be used to push your body & strengthen your core.

The Base Climb is the best way to experience climbing for the first time. Our staff guides you through every step of the way, providing safety & encouragement, along w/ suggestions to get you on the right path. All equipment is included in this package. The event is for 1 hour & maxes out at four (4) people. This is an introduction to climbing & includes getting the equipment on properly & setting up the ropes. This is not intended to replace a birthday party or a group event. This is a first come, first serve activity, so if staff is unavailable we won’t be able to accommodate you. Calling ahead is recommended even if it is same day. Also, every participant must have a filled out waiver.
