I don't know who & why complained about slow maintenance request; but I submitted mine last night. Today I was extremely pleased to find my request completed when I returned from work. Thank you!!!

First impressions are great....until you move in. Apartments are cheaply made, staff is less than willing to help, low income residents all around and maintenance is half fast with any repairs.

The rent here is pretty high . My brother is paying 800$ for a one bed. You can finance a house for that much

Don't live on the first floor. Ceilings are thin. Feels like you have room mates that bowl up stairs.

The lady above says paying rent online is easy, but why does it cost another 30 to 40 bucks to pay online? At least that is what it was a few months ago.

Don't live on the 1st floor. Ceilings are very thin. Feels like you have roommates.
