Hope you dont want a cocktail. I got flatly refused when I asked for one at 9.00pm on a Wednesdsy night. I was told by a guy wiping glasses that he was "too busy". Great customer service response!
Scott McNallyApril 20, 2013The porterhouse kilpatrick is not a steak as you know it. It's a schnitzel with a 4mm thin steak in the middle. Not to happy. The staff said "oh this happens all the time"! WTF!
