Smith Tea is a truly Portland experience, with it's own nouvelle Tea Ceremony called a Tea Flight. High Tea focused on tea. I love their nitro teas on tap, and keep forgetting to bring my own growler

This tea company has a tasting room in a 1900’s blacksmith’s shop. Order the tea flight for a tour of varied infusions (our favorite, Jasmine Pearls, is hand-rolled and scented with jasmine blossoms).

The tea flight sampler is a really good value for 1 or to share with a friend. I can vouch for the Jasmine Silver Tip and High Desert (seasonal) brews.
