Steve: Book a VIP room and have no queue or waiting! Means you'll have a minimum spend and can pre-order some items first, but with a decent sized group, it should be fine :)
Steve: Hot Star is a Taiwanese franchise, that use local chickens, butterflied, crumbed and seasoned. Unfortunately Te quality of chickens in HK isn't so great, so it carries through. Better to try in Taiwan

Steve: The fastest way to Disneyland is actually walking. Less than a km and bypass most of the traffic. Would recommend unless you have luggage or carrying toddlers.
Steve: Froyo has never been this good. From Hong Kong Pastry Chef Tony Wong who decided to do it a little differently, incorporating chocolates, fruits, pastries, and sauces, that often resemble parfaits.
Steve: We went up midweek for a quieter day. Not much of a queue to go up (early afternoon), but the queue to come down was decent. Probably worth it to get the crystal cabin for the way down.
Steve: A popular HK tourist attraction, Tian Tan Buddha is a large bronze statue of Buddha Shakyamuni. There's a short climb up, should be ok for most - my 3yo managed fine ;) The scenic views are worth it!
Steve: Once the site of a military fort, and then later the infamous Kowloon Wall City, and finally torn down before the British handover. This park is steeped with history.

Steve: Michelin Guide yumcha, which doesn't disappoint. All the dishes we chose were great, and it was such a beautiful restaurant with a mural in progress being painted around the walls of an old Hong Kong.

Steve: Pretty good hike for beginners, and easy to access. Jump on the 9 bus from Shau Kei Wan Bus Terminus to To Tei Wan on Shek O Road. At Big Wave Bay, you can take the same bus back Shau Kei Wan.
