I really enjoy this place. Simple, affordable, well kept hotel. Sure it is a bit dated but it is still worth it. This is my hotel of choice while in DC.
I have no complaints, $99 a night for a hotel close to everything, found service to be friendly and accommodating, and room was very clean! Derek GrovesMarch 29, 2010Room temperature is seasonal- if management considers it "winter", you'll only be able to turn on heat- A/C won't work and vice versa. This is set building wide! $60 per day debit card holds as well.
A/c is seasonal. I'm here in April, it's hot and no a/c. Very poor customer service also.
