the tandoor is a traditional indian clay oven fired by charcoal or gas in which food is baked. this is a sealed heat cooking method by which our food retains flavor as it cooks in its own juice. our tandoori food is marinated in special masala, a mixture of yogurt, herbs and traditional spices. all dishes are garnished with onion rings and lemon wedges.
