    The wait staff, if u can call it a staff, is composed of college/college-age peeps. Therefore, expect no customer service. Except the Aussie. She was cool. But they don't have dairy substitutes.

    Contrary to popular belief, the burgers here are so-so, but it's easy and never crowded. Try the chicken sandwich and sweet potato fries instead.

    They need to learn how to serve food. When someone orders a hamburger , chicken wings and a cup of soup you dont bring it out at the same time then laugh at me when I mention it. Bad service

    Went here today. The service was subpar. My waiter Ekuegan, didn't even come to the table to ask how we were doing. When we spoke to him about it, he replied "you can always fill out a comment card".

    Of all the burger joints, in all of New York, I walked into this one. 40 minutes to get our food. Orders were messed up. Mediocre $12 burger (fries not included!)
