Massage will also help to break down scar tissue in your muscles and eliminate lactic acid and other toxins that can build up in the muscles during a workout, so you’ll need less recovery time after a workout.

Child care is included with your membership for children between the ages of 6 months and 12 year, at no additional charge. Simply fill out a child care form at the front desk and they are welcome to join us!
