Invite your friends, they'll love you for it.This tea holds up fantastically to multiple steepings! A little more about our blending base for Organic Ginger Peach Oolong. We love the full flavor of the Shui Xian (water sprite) , a 70% oxidized oolong leaf. This Ginger Peach has the pronounced robustness of our Wu Yi rock tea, but is a little less intense which provides a gentle base for the ginger and peach to shine through. A great Shui Xian should support multiple steepings and have a nice, round body with a long smooth finish. You'll note that Ginger Peach Oolong has all these qualities with a distinct floral character that comes through as well. Ginger Peach is like a fine wine, the flavors are robust yet refreshingly fruity at the same time. Ginger Peach is the best thing for ginger lovers and the peach is something to remind you of long hot summer days

Matched with the perfect Assam tea base you get a well-balanced, thirst-quenching summer treat that needs no sweetener. This tea is specifically designed to be great as an iced tea.

Our beautiful Organic Long Jing Dragonwell from Zheijiang Province will soothe and refresh. Broad, flat, bold green leaves create an entrancing golden-green liquor. Rich, nutty, and sweet flavor with a nice rounded finish. Meticulously plucked in early spring when they are full of aroma and have a silvery shine, careful hands turn and press the leaves in a firing wok until they obtain their characteristically flat shape. The process requires skill to maintain the temperatures needed for superior quality, taste and volume. Dragonwell (Longjing or Lung Ching) is a delicate green tea known for its gentle, sweet flavor. Dragonwell Green Tea is from eastern China from the providence of Zhejiang. It is famous throughout China for its superior quality and still the most widely known Chinese tea. The term "Lung Ching" or "Lungching" translates to "Dragon Well.” The tea has taken the name of its village of origin. (See Legends for more detail)

Our organic jasmine green loose leaf tea was chosen for its well-balanced flavors. Jasmine blossoms are folded into the drying leaves several times to impart their delicate scent. Good for multiple steeps. Jasmine flowers are picked early in the day when the small petals are tightly closed. The flowers are kept cool until nightfall. In the early evening when the flowers begin to open, The green tea is blended with the jasmine flowers and stored overnight. The night blooming jasmine flower then opens and releases their fragrance into the tea. It takes four or more hours for the tea to absorb the fragrance and flavor of the Jasmine blossoms, this process may be repeated for as many as six or seven times. A slightly more subtle jasmine essence which does not overpower the depth of the high quality green tea. This balance creates a round yet assertive cup full of the intoxicating scent of jasmine with the groundedness of the full leaf green. Mild, easy to drink, and full flavored

We wanted a more complex and enticing peppermint based tisane, so we created our Zhi Signature Blend Turkish Spice Mint for just this purpose. We really explored on this one in hopes we could create something unique and flavorful. Organic peppermint, cinnamon, ginger root, licorice root, cardamon, cloves, stevia leaf and vanilla essence. Minty, a bit spicy, a tad sweet, with hints of exotic unfoldings…This blend really draws you in.
