Close to the airport and to most of the major Chicago area expressways. Free Wifi and complete breakfast buffet. Gets the job done if you are in town on business or to visit family and have a car.

Springhill was awesome! If you're riding the train in from the city, call when you leave the Harlem station for the shuttle. Don't go to Outback. And S/O to Ricky, the shuttle driver. He is awesome!

Hotel is great, the Outback Steakhouse next door is pretty poor. Eat at the Italian place across the street.
- After checking in, use your room key to access the underground parking garage - located on the west side of the building.
Don't be frustrated with the lack of outside parking. There is a garage; just ask!

Karen BrennanDecember 12, 2010Everything in the room was broken: remote, fridge, drawers, towel rack. Rude front desk. Have huge attitude about picking us up in the freezing cold via shuttle from downtown Chicago. crap beds.
Sabrena BedwellDecember 12, 2010Worst customer service. Ever. I've stayed in a lot of hotels and never have I dealt with a worse staff. The guy behind the check in counter was very rude. I will never stay at this hotel again.
