Quality has declined over the past few years. "Famous" chili is not the same as before, it no longer has black beans or onions :( . Fries used to be amazing, but now pretty meh.

The service here is absolutely awful. The last time I went here before last night, we had this awful female waitress that was snappy. The waiter from last night was downright rude. Never coming again.

I orderded a cup of tea for $1.47. It was such a small cup, I mean small. I figured since no one was sitting at the counter I could relax...until they hovered over me, rushing me out. So rude.
