Faq's
Do you require a deposit ?
Yes.We require a 50% down payment to book your event
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a minimum 4 day notice to cancel your event for a refund if you cancel within 48 hours of the event you will be charged the full amount
Can i use a gift card ?
Use of gift cards are for in restaurant use only
Will you clean up my event ?
We will clean everything related to our food and beverage service.If you require more than that we can bill you for extra labour .
What is the minimum spend requirement?
We require your catering and beverage total to be at least 2000.00 for us to operate outside of the market square complex.This total is prior to tax, staffing, delivery, rentals and gratuity
What if my guests increase or decrease prior to event?
We require 48 hours notice to change numbers
What payment methods do you take?
We accept all major credit cards, cheques, debit and cash
What can you do for people with allergies and dietary restrictions?
We can customize and /or make sure your guest is taken care of .We do require 48 hour notice of the event to plan for their needs
