GREAT cheesesteak! I got an original with cheez whiz, hot and sweet peppers and onions. The hot peppers are VERY hot. Loved it. Fries are also great. Highly recommended. Best cheesesteak in NYC?
Always get the Old Bay fries for a taste of home... And if you want something lighter than the (delicious) cheesesteaks, try the Turkey Hoagie Salad. Also, best onion rings I've had in NYC.
I've devoured one of their classic cheesesteaks with onions every week, and found myself happily sated while listening to my coworkers complain about their limp salads and disappointing sandwiches. Read more
Philly cheesesteak was surprisingly amazing. Rivals anything you would find in Philly. Definitely a bar joint type place, but if you're here, the Phillys' are a must.
While the cheesesteaks take top billing, don't sleep on the yuengling rings (beer battered onion rings) -- they are excellent. Order 'em with a little ranch and hot sauce on the side.
Their cheese steak is the best this side of Philly. Their Italian Fries are excellent, and they have Sierra Nevada Pale Ale in bottles... a personal favorite. Great ambiance, too.
If you crave Geno's, Patsy's, or Tony Luke's, this is the place for you. Philly sandwiches are the best, and the bread here is almost as good. Order a cheesesteak whiz wit, or a roast pork with rabe!
OMG! Heavenly food at reasonable prices! Cheesesteak with provolone and fried onion a must plus the mozz sticks and Italian fries...delivery is good but the location even better when sports is on. Mm!
Whiz wit. Philly born & raised, I can attest it's the closest you will get in NYC. Although rolls are shipped in daily from Philly, they are more doughy and heavy than the real deal-- my only issue.
I don't know what they do to these fries but they're the perfect combination of creamy interior with pleasingly crunchy exterior and I cannot get enough of them. Read more

Food is good, service sucks! I noticed 15+ taps asked for a beer menu, she handed me the faded out/somewhat laminated paper from my own table (which I already perused and couldn't decipher half of)
