Loved this hotel! Very clean, exceptional staff, and fantastic pool. Only downfalls, the weird elevator on tower b. and the occasional loud airplane. Would highly recommend, esp. With kids.

I love staying here. Staff is super nice, great amenities, upscale restaurant with affordable prices, rooms are always perfect. Only complaint..need a LOT more lights in the parking lot.

A hidden gem. Much nicer than the standard Sheraton. Shula's is an awesome restaurant/bar. Hotel is pet friendly and has an awesome, friendly staff.

Mr Fox is a delight! Knows n gives outstanding service. However I'm not impressed with the rooms that have a flat TV on a wall u can't see from the bed! Perhaps they could install a swivel mount??

The facelift Sheraton gave this older property was quite remarkable. I remember it having dark and run down decor 3 years ago when last stayed. Now it has a very welcoming bright ambiance.

The guy who was running the restaurants was an amazing guy (I think he was from India or Pakistan ) he was everywhere from the front of the hotel to the banquets this time the stay was very poor

Rooms are huge, making the small bathrooms seem even smaller in comparison. Staff says mountain-side rooms are quieter (seems like there's no noise either way, really).

Stayed here many a time before with no issues, and now this place is currently falling apart. Carpets are terrible. Bugs in the Shulas bar and the rooms. Curtains fell on us. Tv broke. U can do better

The place is in shambles !!service is very poor throughout the hotel from the front desk to housekeeping the restaurants are the worse this was not the case four years ago when I came down here

Breakfast buffet was pricey for hard pancakes, soggy bacon, tough sausage. Carpet in room dirty, lights broken in parking lot, noisy halls. Wouldn't return.

$8 draft beer. No microwave so my food will go to waste. Sign says Vending Machines, front desk says no Vending Machines. I'm starving and will never return to this over priced place.

Staff is unfriendly, not helpful, the complementary buffet is actually a $12 buffet that is not even worth it. Charged double for the room than what was quotes and it is far from worth it
