Don't waste your time Standing in a queue for a cab... Just step on to the road and you can get one right away rather than spending 20 minutes Inn the hotel porch.

Don't come here on holiday weekend. They gave us a room that was not even properly clean! Used toothbrush, uncleared sheet, iron and iron board were out, hair dryer and plastics bag laying on tables

Worst experience... we just arrived and the queue is 1 hour for check in and no one said hi to us. For a 5 stars hotel it's our worst service experience.

Enjoy the holiday specials at Xin through April 26th to May 5th, look out for the Cheong Fun (rice roll) station at lunch and the special desserts at dinner.

This is the world's largest Sheraton hotel. Now, only sky tower is under service, earth tower will start February 2013. The new tower is already completed, however manpower is not enough to operate.

The in-room wifi is $120 for 24hrs ($30 for 1hr), but the connection is reliable. I've been seeing stable speeds of 5 down/5 up.

베네시안 등 다른 코타이 호텔들보다 작지만 호텔 가격은 상대적으로 싸요. 홀리데이인, 콘래드 등과 호텔 방은 거의 같다고 보실 수 있어요. Sands Rewards Club카드를 받으신 후 포인트를 쌓으시면 포인트를 사용한 Room Redemption이 가능하고 Ruby level부터는 Complimentary room도 제공된답니다.

Habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias, el desayuno buffet excelente. Acceso libre a las piscinas y al gimnasio. Buses gratuitos del hotel - aeropuerto - estación de ferry y viceversa. Wifi gratis n lobby

ホテル自体は大型収容ホテルなので、ホスピタリティは良くない(*_*) プールは夜8時半までだけど、ジムは24時間利用できます。サウナは7〜22時。

オープンしてまだ数年なので綺麗です。空港からも10分位、シャトルバス有り。クラブラウンジのミールが豊富です。
