- Stay here frequently and wouldn't choose another DTW Airport hotel, staff is great and goes out of their way! Great beds, fast internet and good food in the restaurant.
- The suites are huge! If considering upgrade, your bedroom will be near elevators. Also, staff closet is on other side of wall. Bring earplugs! Love suites here/hate noise! That's why I use earplugs!
- If u order room service or get a gift from management, you'll likely meet Tam- an amazing young man who always serves/delivers with a smile & helpful hint. Say hi- he has an eye for faces!
- If your room is too hot ( summer here means HOT) rearrange the bedding so the AC vent (set as low as possible & on high!) blows down on you. Helps to be short as u r sleeping across bottom of bed.
- Ian McGeeAugust 9, 2012Amazing staff helpful with local questions (Beirut restaurant nearby was great!). More amazing though was the University of Michigan sign they made and slipped into our room to encourage my daughter.
- Sign up for their award winning SPG program! It's FREE & gives you points & upgrades. Never spend $ at a hotel w/o using their frequent guest programs. You'll be repaid many times over!
- Cizzurp 215July 19, 2018Hummus 3 ways and the flatbreads are excellent. There is a shuttle to and from the hotel as well.
- Shirley's a great bartender . The steak salad is pretty good . Have the van driver take you to Leonardo's about a block down the street for some pretty good Italian food
- Be sure to get a room inside the atrium overlooking the pool area. Open up your sliding door and get that amazing chlorine smell in your nose. You'll feel like you're in Barbados!
- Friendly staff at the front desk, drivers and at the bar. Extremely comfortable beds and quiet rooms. Best place to stay near DTW!
- 亨利 HenrySeptember 20I switched rooms three times upon check-in.Room 1 has so many hairs on the bed, Room 2 has a couple of bugs on the bed, and Room 3's light doesn’t work. Not to mention, those are all on the club level.
- A beautiful and spacious lobby, the service is always excellent and personal. Lakecrest Limousine services all your Metro Detroit destinations.
- This hotel is changing to a Sheraton in the next few weeks. The CP signs are covered up, and the online registration is down currently, but these are really nice folks, so Call 734-729-2600
- CaseyFebruary 1, 2021As a lifetime platnium member, this is the worst Sheraton I've stayed in 10 years. only one of the 3 elevators worked, and screaming skids at the pool. The front desk personnel are under staffed!
- Kelly HApril 6, 2013Love these beds. Drove from downtown to stay here again just so I could sleep in this amazingly comfortable bed :)
- Worth the extra $$$ to stay here. You will get a great nite sleep!!!
- Frank JJuly 24, 2013Hotel is very clean and classy. King-sized bed is extremely comfortable. I want one of these at home!
- Regina BottiniMay 9, 2012Use your coat hanger as a curtain clip to block out the sun when you need to get rest during the day. #FlightAttendantTips lol
- Great upgrades- the suite has 2 bathrooms and a kitchenette. Amazing staff here!
- CheyenneJuly 6, 2012The wireless service in the room sucks. If you have an iPad you're screwed. You could however use their plug in if you have a lap top. On a positive note their gym is awesome.
- Susie SoozSeptember 9, 2014This place is not good! The walls are in early thin. So thin you'll think you have roommates. For $273 last night this place should not have been the former shell of a hotel it may have been.
- Matthew WelshFebruary 13, 2013Check out their Social Hour 5pm - 7pm get a taste of +90 rated wine for only $5
- The other review is WRONG. The concierge/club lounge is on the 11th floor. NOT the 10th. Nice hotel, helpful staff
- The beds here are amazing and really good food at the bar.
- Try to get a room on the 10th floor - It's the concierge level (usually reserved for elite members). Complimentary happy hour and comp breakfast.
- Beds are so comfy, and their fitness room is pretty nice to be a hotel exercise room
- Electrical outlets are located behind your bed. Well that's convenient, I guess...
- sergio ramirezMarch 9, 2020La ubicación y el transporte gratuito al aeropuerto. El hotel tiene algunas áreas en renovación como la alberca. Le urge una a las habitaciones y pasillos. Mi peor experiencia en Sheraton
