Carnitas Quesadilla Slow cooked shredded pork shoulder grilled to perfection between two fresh tortillas served with our fresh tap room salsa Bruschetta Roma tomatoes, basil, red and green onions served on toasted baguette topped with parmesan cheese Pretzel Large, soft, hand-rolled pretzel served with a trio of our special mustards

Mac and Cheese Adult mac and cheese through and through. A creamy blend of cheese, garlic and Emilys’ Ember Fish Tacos Blackened tilapia served on four fresh corn tortillas, our house pico de gallo, lime juice and our mojito grilling sauce

Grilled Portobello Grilled portobello sandwich with tomato, provolone and roasted garlic aioli. Turkey Breast Sliced turkey breast served with provolone, lettuce, tomato, onion, honey mustard and garlic aioli on choice of sourdough, wheat, or rye. Tap Room Pulled Pork Tender pork shoulder, dry rubbed in house spices and slow roasted with our house bbq marinade. Reuben Cured corned beef on grilled rye with our house dressing, swiss cheese and sauerkraut. Chicken Bacon Swiss Grilled chicken breast topped with bacon, Swiss cheese and roasted garlic aioli on a ciabatta roll. BLT and Avacado Classic bacon lettuce and tomato with sliced avacado. Served ongrilled muli-grain bread with garlic aioli.

<h1>We Celebrate Every Drop.</h1><p>Silverton, Oregon has much to offer. Known for its beautiful landscape of Silver Falls State Park and home of the Oregon Garden, it is rich with color and flavor.</p><p>The town is lined with antique and coffee shops, restaurants and murals, but no micro-breweries, until now.</p><p>Seven Brides Brewing is changing that aspect.</p> <h1>Pour me a pint please.</h1><p>We know it might be tough to get over to Silverton all of the time, so we thought we would spread the good cheer and hook you up with our fresh beer throughout the region.</p><p>You'll love our beer and probably like our staff, wouldn't you like to get to know us just a little bit better? We want this relationship to grow, so here are some things we would like you to know about us.</p> <h1>The Seven Brides Story.</h1><p>Several years ago, three dads and two uncles would gather on a Saturday in one of their garages to master the art of home brew.</p><p>Before long, the salesman of the group said, You know, this is good enough to sell. So the friends set out to do just that.</p><p>The name Seven Brides actually came from the dads’ kids. Between the three of them, they have only daughters. With the rising cost of wedding nuptials, the guys decided they needed to sell enough beer to pay for their daughters weddings. Each of the girls has a beer named after her.</p>
