Had to go and get our own menus, got a dirty fork full of lipstick. Received my fries after I was almost done with my frita. Fries are brought in an artisan basket even though they are frozen. :(

You could usually count on the croquettes and Cuban coffee however today even the coffee was bitter. The food is inconsistently good and the service is always terrible. Takes forever to get water.

Both of us ordered the picadillo flatbread. Mediocre - the flatbread - Not edible as it tasted like a piece of rubber foam. Maybe they could use the flatbreads to soak up the greasy floors.

Terrible service. The Pan Con Bistec was horrible. It was over cooked and dry. So disappointing. Sergio's to me is synonymous for Pan Con Bistec. I will not be back.

Stick with the bistec empanizado or bistec de pollo empanizado and the moros. Grilled chicken is kinda bland and black beans are so-so.
