Need to get their heads straight, as a hotel gst I had to deal w/ drunk casino rats, but now can't use the pool even when buying drinks and lunch for 4! Bad business...8 families walked out with us!

Normally I'm a huge fan of the hardrock burgers, especially of the legendary 14 oz. This time the burger was to greasy, the tables were dirty, very very bad service.
