Not fast, not slow. Never feels like too much of a chore, and has good facilities, fine lobbies and stores.

This has got to rank as one of the top 3 worse laid out airports in the US. Its a CF every time I come here.
Educate yourself. TSA.gov let's all make security lines go faster and smoother.

Christopher ScottDecember 30, 2010Leave plenty of time between your connecting flights with AlaskaAir. Sometimes you have to change terminals.
The Dilettant Mocha Bar has great coffees and the line is way shorter than Starbucks.
Finding onsite parking is ridiculous during regular business hours, park offsite at one of those lots instead and save some serious $
Don't volunteer for the cavity search, the body scan is much easier
Andrea KSeptember 16, 2017Been here twice... Both times the AlaskaAir representatives were rude and unhelpful. Very few working power outlets in the N terminal
Buy any food you want before going to S concourse. Not good selection out there.
Flying is so much better than driving. Especially when going overseas.
