- Its common knowledge at this point. Shoes off, laptops out, have id and ticket ready not stuffed in your bag when you get to podium. They should make a line for stupid people so they don't hold us up.

- Joshua WoodardFebruary 21, 2013I used to party with the TSA staff here and ummmm, yeah that's why it's the slowest security in the country. They're all from Alaska.
- Check out Fireworks for a great selection of jewelry and women's apparel.
- Go here to get on airplanes and go places. Or fetch a loved one.
- Bathrooms on N concourse are insufficient and always crowded.
- The feeling of leaving and coming back to your hood again is priceless.
- The water fountains have speakers underneath them that make a bubbling sound when you turn them on.
- If you fly out of gate C11-20 area look for the most animated water fountain. *gulp gulp gulp*
- Great thing about restaurants and stores at SEA: they charge normal process instead of inflated airport prices.
- S POctober 28, 2018Ok airport, no prepaid simcards though, shame for an international airport. OK shops and food, airport layout a bit weird to get to S terminal...
- Near the A gates if you're looking for a healthy snack the bagel joint has cold apples! Yum!
- The baggage carts inside are $4, but the ones that people leave at the curb when they are done are free.
- Be prepared for some quality TSA theatre. Very dramatic. They're obviously convinced they work at the Pentagon.
- Active duty military personnel get 3 free check-in bags if you fly United Airlines
- Bypass all security lines by checking in as an elite customer with your respective airline and having no checked bags!
- Take Skybridge 6 for the light rail train to downtown. Buy your $2.50 ticket before boarding the train. If the train door is closed, push the round button on the door to open it.
- Why not be social? If you see something (cool), say something (rad).
- Get Fremont's Interurban IPA at Anthony's. Or hit up the Alaska Lodge for more beer.
- A cab to downtown will run you $40. The light rail is $2.50. You make the call...
- Military can show their military id to use the first class business security line! Hooyah!
- Monday late-afternoons are a *great* time to fly outta here ... And I'm serious. No sarcasm.
- Apparently, smoking is not cool in SEA...only one "designated section" for the whole arrivals drive at the beginning of the terminal (Alaska).

- Take the link light rail to downtown (westlake station) only $3 and 30min.
