Coffee cup came 1/2 full & w lipstick on it. Took abt 25 mins to get a new one. A table near us that came in 15 mins after, finished their meal b4 ours was served. Plus substitutions r rarely done

Service is spotty but I keep coming back for brunch anyway. The french toast is like, 2 inches thick, and so many baked treats!
