Tanya HardinJanuary 10, 2013Service was 5 star. Luciano, a shuttle driver, was so Nice. He me his own bus pass to make sure I got back & not have to walk! People don't trust like that anymore. Give this man a raise! ;)
Always great customer service. They're open on Sundays too, and Sundays are usually super mellow for them, so the wait and service times are actually relatively short.
If you need help on the parts office, definitely talk to Cris, he is very nice and explains you everything in details.
The waiting room has doughnuts on Saturday mornings
Li VictorFebruary 8, 2013This place SUCKS! I sent my car for service, they dropped me off OK. But they refused to pick me up! WTF? They said "company policy not to pick up", so they expect everyone to walk back?
