Photography possible unless you take put a tripod and a telephoto lens. At that point the shops call security to stop you and extort a permit
Good place for people watching. Behind Gucci parking usually has parking open
Find a seat on the patio and enjoy a Saturday afternoon people watching after lunch at Left Bank

Ira SerkesAugust 14, 2011It's really pleasant here but the streets and shops have noise levels akin to Manhattan. Have they ever tried closing the street on weekends?
Rodeo Drive of San Jose. Watch for the side street with the photo op of doors on the wall.
Try the Indian food cart by container store if you want quick and tasty

Parking sucks but if you are patient, underground near sino if you get lucky

Ignore the parking garage space counters. The sensors on half of the spaces don't work properly.
