One of the worst upon arrival. Prepare to wait a very, very long time for your bags. The arrivals pick up lanes are always bogged down, so it will take an eternity to leave this place.
not a very helpful tsa staff. i had surgery on my arm yesterday and the staff did NOTHING to help me in any way after i asked for assistance. second time this has happened to me in the last 6 months.

Pay for your parking at the kiosks outside. Saves some time.
If you're flying out early, give yourself plenty of time. The security line gets crazy long.
Get a Blueberry coffee at Dunkin Donuts in Terminal 1. Thank me later
So far I hate this airport and everyone working in it, especially the way budget and delta operate at this location.

Free wifi. Speed tested it at 3mbps up and down. What other airport has that!!!!
Dress warm...they have the AC on even when it is freezing outside!
