Security lines in Terminal A are ridiculously long in the early morning.
Not much, but they are getting better, just taking forever to upgrade, just like I-35 😂😂
SAT courtyard hotel is 34 minutes hotel to gate in mornings, consistently.
Maintenance and ground crews poorly managed. Slow, unresponsive, no desire to get flights off quickly. Use another airport if you can.
The rocking chairs along the walkway out to Terminal 2 gates are really comfy.
Unorganized security and terrible customer service! Literally lines all the way to the other end of terminal and they were shutting down security lines! Really???? Awful

Bathrooms are absolutely disgusting in the A concourse. Not nearly enough and appear to not been cleaned in days.
