7th largest city in the USA & we have a 3rd world country airport! Go figure!
Migration very slow to review documents upon arrival

Nice people but poor planning on departures. Lines way too long and all TSA lanes open. Was here 2 hours early and almost missed my flight.

Premier lines don't have a mobile boarding pass reader. You have to use the lane on the far right - for Terminal A.

If you're flying SWA Business Select, the far left security line is the Fly By line, but it's not marked well.

I must disagree with Heather C. They are quite slow and very inefficient. Not a bad airport, but far from great.
