The staff are very friendly and I really liked the shoes department, it has many choices .

Gift cards used, the manager, will tell you " I can destroy for you" remember you need to take it back and check your receipts very carefully. THEY will use your cards if it still has balance.

Worst customer service. I can't believe I would meet a manager without any basic knowledge of being in a sales position, or maybe he chose not to do so. "report me, my name is Chad Rich" cited him.

Refund policy has been changed no refund or no exchange after one month that is only apply to Asian Customers.
