First visit and I walked out! Had changed my appt from tomorrow to today. Dr Nat had already left when I got there 15 minutes early!!! Will find another, new vet!

Dr Platzer said my cat had kidney disease stage 2 Cat did NOT have kidney disease at all. We found out accidentally when a Dr.Jones filled in for Dr Platzer when she was off. He did blood work again

The front desk/check in area is crazy out of control. They need to be better organized. If I didn't like the vets so much I'd find a new place to go.
