Not impressed. Ahi tuna was grainy/chewy (not high quality). I ordered a true sliced steak sandwich meat seemed to have gristle in it (bad quality) and I ordered a ribeye and recieved a strip steak.
Not even close to the quality & service from a stand alone. They should improve here or remove their name. I am sure Embassy is subsidizing somehow but its a bad reflection on Ruth's Chris.
