This lovely bubbly made in the traditional method of Champagne comes from 40 sustainably farmed acres on our very own North Fork. Using the three classic grapes of Champagne (Chardonnay, Pinot Noir & Pinot Meunieur) , winemaker Gilles Martin sculpts an exceptional wine, reflecting the warmth of the vintage while retaining its finesse. Aromas of white peaches, golden and red apples, tangerines, orange blossoms and meadow flowers with hints of brioche greet in the nose and echo on the palate. There's ample concentration and length, a fine delicate effervescence, and a mouthwatering mineral driven finish
